You got fitted. It felt great. Then six months passed, something crept a few millimetres, and now your knee talks to you on climbs. Sound familiar? That's what membership fixes.
Pick your plan below and we'll get you booked in. Your first session is a full physio-led bike fit. Bring your bike, bring your shoes, come as you are. Both plans are claimable on private health.
Pick a plan and book in. Your first session is a full physio-led bike fit with one of our AHPRA-registered practitioners. Standard members get the Standard Fit ($275 value). Premium members get the full Tailored Fit with biomechanical assessment, flexibility screening and a written report ($475 value). We document everything so every future session builds on real data.
View bike fit optionsBodies change. Training changes. Equipment changes. Your position should too. Standard members get 4 sessions a year to use whenever things feel off or new gear lands. Premium members come back as often as they like, including before big events, after new shoes arrive, or any time something feels not quite right.
Book a sessionStay on and your benefits grow. From year two, Standard members get a free Tailored Bike Fit every year (normally $475) and a fifth follow-up session. Premium members lock in their rate for life, get a free physio consult every year, and their accessories discount jumps to 20%. We reach out before these kick in so you don't miss them.
See all plan benefits"The riders who stay injury-free aren't the lucky ones. They're the ones who treat their position like they treat their training. Something you keep working on, not something you sort out once and forget."The Ciclo philosophy. meet our practitioners
Here's what actually happens. You get fitted, ride beautifully for a few months, buy new shoes or a saddle, forget to reposition, and slowly your knee starts complaining on Thursday night rides. Nothing dramatic. Just a slow drift from good to not-quite-right.
Most people only come back when something properly hurts. A membership means we're in your corner before it gets to that. We watch for drift so you don't have to think about it.
Your body changes constantly. Flexibility improves, training loads shift, weight goes up or down. What worked perfectly in October can be subtly off by March, and subtly off is enough to cause problems. See how we approach fitting.
Within 3–6 months, saddle height creeps up, cleats wear down, bars rotate a few degrees. None of it feels dramatic. But those small deviations add up into power loss, discomfort, and eventually something that sidelines you.
Got new shoes? A different saddle? Changed your handlebars? Each one affects the whole chain. Members get a repositioning session whenever new gear arrives, no extra charge, no awkward conversation about booking fees.
Your gran fondo position is not your TT position. Your base training setup is not your race setup. Members can adjust seasonally, not just when something breaks. That's what having a physio in your corner actually looks like.
Most people only think about their position when something hurts. By then you've already lost weeks of training. Our AHPRA-registered physios know what to look for and catch it before it becomes a problem. Members come in proactively. Everyone else comes in limping.
A 30-minute follow-up is $130 if you pay as you go. Six of those sessions covers your whole year of Premium membership. After visit six, every session you come in for is saving you money. Unlimited sessions, no per-session fee, no mental arithmetic each time you book.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the Ciclo Melbourne Membership Program ("Membership") offered by Ciclo Melbourne ABN [INSERT ABN] ("Ciclo", "we", "us") to the individual named at sign-up ("Member", "you"). By signing up for a Membership, you agree to these Terms in full.
Ciclo currently offers two membership tiers:
Membership fees are charged monthly in advance. Prices are subject to change with a minimum of 30 days' written notice.
All Memberships require a minimum commitment of 12 consecutive months from the date of the first charge ("Commitment Period"). During the Commitment Period, the Membership cannot be cancelled except as provided under Section 8 (Medical Suspension).
After the Commitment Period, the Membership continues on a rolling month-to-month basis until cancelled by either party with 30 days' written notice.
4.1 Standard Membership, Year One
4.2 Standard Membership, From Year Two Onwards
Members who remain on the Standard plan beyond their initial 12-month Commitment Period receive the following enhanced benefits each subsequent membership year:
Year two benefits activate on the first anniversary of the Membership start date and reset annually from that date. The Tailored Bike Fit entitlement must be used within the membership year in which it is allocated and does not roll over.
4.3 Premium Membership, Year One
4.4 Premium Membership, From Year Two Onwards
Premium members who remain beyond their initial 12-month Commitment Period receive the following additional loyalty benefits, which activate on their first membership anniversary:
5.1 The initial bike fit must be completed within 60 days of the Membership start date. Failure to use the initial fit within this period does not entitle the Member to a refund or credit.
5.2 Standard Membership follow-up sessions are allocated per membership year and do not roll over to the subsequent year.
5.3 Sessions are for one (1) bicycle per visit. Additional bikes may attract an additional fee at the fitter's discretion.
5.4 Membership sessions are non-transferable and may not be gifted, sold, or shared.
5.5 Unlimited sessions (Premium) are subject to fair use. We reserve the right to limit session frequency if it materially affects availability for other members.
6.1 Sessions must be booked through Ciclo's standard booking system. Priority booking is subject to availability.
6.2 Members must provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in the session being deducted from the Member's allocation (Standard) or a $50 no-show fee (Premium).
6.3 Ciclo reserves the right to reschedule appointments in exceptional circumstances with as much notice as practicable.
7.1 Member discounts apply to standard-rate services and products only. Discounts do not apply to: Medicare, DVA, or WorkCover-funded consultations; services already subject to another promotional rate; products marked as sale or clearance; or gift vouchers.
7.2 Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively and are not redeemable for cash.
If a Member is unable to participate for 4 or more continuous weeks due to injury or illness, they may apply for a medical suspension in writing to info@evolutio.com.au with supporting documentation from a treating practitioner. Ciclo may, at its discretion, pause monthly charges for the period of incapacity. The Commitment Period is extended by the duration of any suspension.
9.1 After the Commitment Period, either party may cancel by providing 30 days' written notice via email to info@evolutio.com.au.
9.2 Benefits cease at the end of the final paid month. Unused follow-up sessions and annual entitlements are forfeited on cancellation and are not refundable.
9.3 Cancellation during the Commitment Period (outside of medical suspension) is not permitted. Members experiencing financial hardship are encouraged to contact us directly.
10.1 Members may upgrade from Standard to Premium at any time. If upgrading within the first 3 months, the initial fit may be upgraded to Tailored level by paying the RRP difference ($200 at current prices).
10.2 Downgrading from Premium to Standard is only permitted after the Commitment Period has been completed. Any accrued Premium loyalty benefits (price freeze, enhanced discount) are forfeited on downgrade.
Ciclo reserves the right to modify these Terms, included services, or pricing with 30 days' written notice. Where a material change is not to the Member's benefit, the Member may cancel without early exit penalty within 14 days of the change notification.
Ciclo's liability is limited to the re-supply of the relevant service or a refund of fees paid for that service, at Ciclo's election. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
