We are pleased to offer qualified allied health practitioners — particularly those working in cycling health, sports physiology, sports dietetics, performance coaching, and related disciplines — the opportunity to subcontract a treatment room within our Richmond clinic.
Ciclo is Melbourne's first dedicated cycling health hub, co-located with Evolutio Sports Physio in Richmond. Our facility is purpose-built to support independent practitioners who value a professional, specialist environment — without the overhead of running their own clinic. Whether you are a physio, dietitian, psychologist, coach, or other allied health professional with a focus on cycling, this is a space where your work makes sense.
The following fees apply depending on your arrangement. A regular weekly commitment is rewarded with a meaningfully discounted rate.

Regular rates apply to practitioners who commit to a minimum 6-month weekly arrangement, confirmed in your licence agreement. These rates reflect the premium end of Melbourne market pricing, appropriate for Richmond.
Your room hire fee covers a fully professional clinical environment from day one.
To ensure a professional and legally sound arrangement for both parties, the following conditions apply to all subcontractors at Ciclo.
All subcontractors enter into a written room licence agreement (not a lease). This specifies your scheduled hours, included and excluded items, cancellation requirements, and confirms your status as an independent contractor — not an employee of Ciclo. You retain full control over your own practice.
You are required to hold your own professional indemnity insurance and public liability insurance prior to commencing. You may not operate under Ciclo's insurance cover. This protects you, your clients, and the integrity of the space.
Current and valid AHPRA registration must be verified before your first session. Please have your details ready upon inquiry. Where AHPRA registration is not applicable to your discipline, relevant professional registration or accreditation will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Room fees are payable regardless of patient attendance. A minimum 48-hour cancellation notice is required to avoid being charged. Any billing or claiming through DVA, WorkCover, or TAC is the sole responsibility of the subcontractor and must be conducted under your own provider number.
Room rental income is subject to GST. We recommend you account for this when planning your pricing structure. Please consult your accountant or financial adviser for advice specific to your situation.
